Chelsea House
Located in one of London’s most prestigious neighborhoods, Chelsea House is a response to the area’s established reputation for elegance and steadily increasing property values. The project respects the neighborhood's heritage while subtly contributing a modern identity to this iconic part of the city.
The architecture carefully selects forms and materials that align with the rhythm and proportions of the surrounding streetscape. Its presence is discreet yet assertive, harmonizing with the traditional facades while offering a contemporary twist. It provides a spacious and serene living environment, a rarity in such a dense urban setting. The design balances privacy with open, breathable spaces, allowing for relaxation, meditation, work, or entertaining amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
Through BIM and programming, multiple variants were generated for similar sites, optimizing construction efficiency. With MMC techniques, including the use of CLT for sustainability, the project meets London's demand for rapid, cost-efficient, and environmentally conscious development.
