Zahra Gate

Designed in collaboration with local architects Rowad Al Tameer, this landmark project plays a central role in rejuvenating Riyadh's Az-Zahra district. The massing incorporates rotations and folds, creating a series of shaded terraces that enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

A double-skin ventilated façade with deep louvers shapes the elevation, providing spatial variety through the dynamic interplay of sunlight. The mixed-use tower integrates commercial, residential, and public zones, along with lush gardens and soaring double- and triple-height spaces. Acting as a vertical city, the design fosters a vibrant, interconnected community.
